Refunds and exchanges cannot be processed online, please contact us at the gallery within seven days from receipt of your goods so that we can authorise a refund or exchange.

Goods returned to us must be received in pristine condition, otherwise a refund or exchange cannot be given.

Items for return must be received by us within fourteen days from authorisation.

We will refund or exchange your items as soon as possible via Paypal. It may take longer for monies to be credited back into your account.

Postage and packing costs will not be paid for by Michelle McKee unless the items you received were faulty or damaged on arrival. If your items were damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will not pay postage and packing costs for the exchange of items or for non-faulty return items.
