All prices and payments are in euro.

Payments and refunds for goods are made through PayPal. You will receive a confirmation e-mail by PayPal if you have placed an order online.

Images of items for sale on the website are presented using high quality images. We do our best to be as accurate as possible, but colours displayed online may vary slightly from the original piece.

Sizes of products for sale in the shop are described approximately in inches.

Priority is given to shoppers who visit the gallery location at Donegal Craft Village. If an online order has become no longer available after ordering, we will notify the buyer as soon as possible and an exchange or refund will be offered.
