All items are mailed registered post with the national postal service in the Republic of Ireland – ‘AnPost’. When your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can check tracking information for your package on the AnPost website.
We can deliver to almost any country worldwide.
All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
We cannot post to P.O. box addresses, as registered post deliveries require a signature.
Flat rate postage costs will vary depending on where the delivery is being sent. To receive your shipping cost prior to checking out, go to your cart and highlight the ‘flat rate’ option and then ‘calculate shipping’. Key in your shipping address and then ‘update totals’ to get the flat rate price for mailing to your location. Shipping rates will also be automatically applied according to the shipping address entered at check out.
Please note that items shipped outside of the E.U. may incur charges for taxes and duties. It is up to you to pay any additional customs costs. For further information, please contact your local Revenue Office.
Orders will be processed during gallery opening hours – Tuesday or Wednesday* to Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm, (excluding holidays).
* Off season opening hours during winter and early spring are normally Wednesday – Saturday.
We aim to have orders ready for shipping 24 – 48 hours from receipt, but due to current Government restrictions, delays should be expected.
Ireland, 2 – 3 working days.
UK, 4 – 5 working days.
Rest of Europe, 4 – 7 working days.
Outside Europe, 8 – 10 working days.

Due to Government restrictions, ‘click and collect’ services are no longer available. If you would like to proceed with this option, your order will be received and held for collection when the Michelle McKee Gallery at the Donegal Craft Village, is re-open at a later date. There is no delivery charge when you use this service. When you come to collect, please bring along your Paypal Order Receipt. All prices and payments are in euro.
Payments and refunds for goods are made through Paypal. You will receive a confirmation email by Paypal if you have placed an order online.
Priority is given to shoppers who visit the gallery in person. If an online order, has become no longer available after ordering, we will notify the buyer as soon as possible and an exchange or refund will be offered.
Images of items for sale on the website are presented using high quality images. We do our best to be as accurate as possible, but colours displayed online may vary slightly from the original piece.
Sizes of products for sale in the shop are described approximately in inches.
